Matubi V1.0.19 – New Features and Improvements

A new Gifts & Messages system is planned for Matubi V1.0.19. This preview outlines the intended changes and the current verified status. The release of V1.0.19 and a launch date have not yet been confirmed.

A first look at Gifts & Messages

The planned system brings gifts and messages together in a clear, accessible space. Parents would manage gifts while children continue their maths practice. A completed, fully tested new gift inbox has not been verified in the reviewed project. The features described here are plans, not an announcement that they are already available.

Parent-only management and secure redemption

Gift management is intended to stay within the Parent Area. The existing Gift Code redemption interface is already connected in the reviewed source. It requires a signed-in session and sends codes for server-side validation. Rewards should not be granted solely on the basis of information supplied by the device.

For the new system, account matching, permission checks and protection against repeated redemption still need to be verified together. This preview does not claim that a security review of V1.0.19 has been completed.

XP, Coins and temporary Premium gifts

XP and time-limited Premium entitlements are supported by the existing Gift Code logic. Similar rewards are planned for the new gift feature, but the options that will be enabled in V1.0.19 have not yet been confirmed.

Coins have not been confirmed as a new gift reward. The reviewed code contains conflicting references to older Coin rewards. This preview therefore does not promise a working Coin gift feature, specific reward amounts or fixed Premium gift durations. Confirmed options will be described when the feature is approved for release.

Account security remains a priority

The existing implementation verifies login sessions and keeps purchase and gift entitlements separate from ordinary learning progress. Further account-security improvements are planned for V1.0.19. Their exact scope and successful testing have not yet been confirmed.

Matubi News remains part of the app

Matubi News remains connected in the reviewed project. Existing announcements are intended to remain available alongside the planned gift system. The new system is not being announced as a replacement for Matubi News.

Premium Lifetime purchases and existing Gift Codes

The current entitlement logic recognizes valid Premium Lifetime purchases as well as existing temporary and Lifetime gift entitlements. Continued support for existing Premium Lifetime purchases and Gift Codes is intended for the update. Compatibility with V1.0.19 still needs to be confirmed before release. This preview does not announce restrictions on existing entitlements.

When will V1.0.19 be released?

No release date has been confirmed. Once the feature set and release are approved, we will publish a separate version announcement. Until then, the status remains Preview – In development.
